At Thomsen Homes, we encourage our homebuyers to have agent representation, and the NAR settlement does not change this. We believe having an agent is beneficial for your homebuying experience.

No, as part of the NAR settlement, commissions will no longer be displayed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

A Thomsen Homes Sales Consultant can provide commission details for any specific home. We remain committed to transparency and to offering competitive market rate commissions for buyer’s agents.

According to the NAR settlement, a written agreement between the homebuyer and real estate agent is now required to tour a home. At Thomsen Homes, we assume that all necessary paperwork is in place when you visit our homes
