Pretty much everyone has heard of no shave November or Movemeber, a popular movement to take action for men’s health awareness. These charities are tackling men’s health on a global scale and addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men. Started in 2003 the Movemeber movement has taken off and men around the globe take the month of November to raise funds/ awareness and grow some killer moustaches.
Movember Foundation
Last year marked the first year Thomsen Homes decided to donate $500 for each home purchased in the month of November to the Movemeber Foundation to promote men’s health awareness. To cap off the month- long event, last year we hosted a ‘Stache Bash event thanking all the clients and business partners that participated. With last year being such a success, raising $3,500 for the foundation we decided this will be an annual event.
‘Stache Bash
Partnering with Rubicon Mortgage Advisors this November the event and awareness will be even bigger! We are looking forward to seeing all the sweet ‘Stache’s and celebrating in Fargo and Grand Forks. The Stache’ Bash will have a special guest from West Fargo’s ‘Man Cave Hair Lounge’ to get your shave on at the event. ‘Stache Bash Grand Forks will be at the popular ‘Rhombus Guys Brewing Company’.
