Carin "Cares For You" Harles: Warranty Manager Extraordinaire

Carin Harles is our top Warranty dog here at Thomsen. She is in charge of scheduling maintenance visits and communication between subs/vendors and clients. When not working, you can find Carin with her hubby and one-year old son, Jackson. She also loves to rock out to some Breaking Benjamin (my all-time favorite band too, props Carin) and cheer on the Vikings as they beat up on the Broncos (her hubby's favorite team.) 2. Do you have any hidden talents or skills? No, I wish I did though
3.  If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be? Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor, Maine ?
4. Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What did you want to be when you grow up? A doctor, I don’t do well with blood though
5. My favorite word in the English language is? Mom, I love hearing my little guy say it. Or chocolate, I have a sweet tooth.
6. If you were a superhero, what super power would you have? Ability to fly
7. What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? Either reading or spending time with my family

12. What’s a typical day like for you at work? I don’t know if I have had any two days be the same. I am either talking with homeowners or subcontractors to line up repairs, constantly checking my email/BuilderTrend, and doing punch lists, closings, or an 11 month walk-through.
13. What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? My organization skills
