Happy Friday! We are excited to kick off F-M 2019 Parade of Homes this weekend! Thomsen Homes has four models in the parade this year for you to go check out. Become inspired by the different design trends within our homes! You will find a bold feature wall, brick back splash, a black bath tub and more throughout our different homes!
We have a variety of home plans to tour, if you are looking at a rambler or bi-level plan check out our model out in Bison Meadows south Fargo, near Davis High School. Or maybe you are looking at two-story plans? We have a gorgeous 2-story home located in Grayland Estates near the Deer Creek elementary school. If you are looking for a home in West Fargo our 3-level plan is a great one to check out located in the Wilds. Check out all the models anytime this weekend between 12-5PM and next weekend Oct. 5 and 6th.

Lego Drive Thomsen Homes
We need Legos! Join Thomsen Homes and Life 97.9 in supporting a Lego Drive for the Do It Well organization. Do It Well, Inc is dedicated to enriching lives of local children by providing a gift to those in need at our area hospitals and children in foster care throughout Cass and Richland counties.
New boy, girl or toddler Legos are being collected at Thomsen Homes office now through June, 30th during normal business hours.

June National Homeownership Month-Join us June 23rd
June, the kick off to summer! Schools out and it’s time to enjoy the warm weather! Seems like this month always goes by fast but if you take a quick second you should know that the whole month of June is National Home ownership Month! Yayyy! Homeownership is a dream that so many people have and the team here at Thomsen Homes is honored to be a part of and make that dream happen.
To celebrate National Homeownership month Thomsen Homes along with, Lindsey Svir, Mortgage Loan Originator with TCF Home Loans, and Jessica Bloomquist with Keller Williams Inspire Realty are hosting an event at one of our model homes on Sunday, June 23rd. Join us for some food, cold beverages, fun and get your questions answered about new construction homes, home loan options and benefits of working with a realtor.

Modern Exterior Home Plan
Contemporary with a touch of lux, introducing the Modern exterior home plan option. Modern homes are increasing in popularity, especially in the Fargo/Moorhead and Grand Forks areas. If you are someone who wants an eye-catching exterior home, the Modern exterior home plan will add the curb appeal you’ve been looking for! Check out our new exterior home plan options including the Modern option for all our home plans. From our 2180 bi-level to 2086 2 story, the Modern exterior option is the minimalist look you’ve been searching for.
Modern Features
Our Modern exterior home plan features a lux look with a bold exterior, with clean lines and the use of industrial materials. The Modern emphasizes rectangular forms, horizontal and vertical lines, and traditional materials used in new ways. Materials such as sleek stucco, wood and brick are used to reflect a modern aesthetic. Traditional horizontal siding is replaced with vertical board and batten, used in large planes. Brickwork is simplified and used rectilinear as accents to the exterior. Modern exterior colors typically include mushroom tones, dark grays, black, white and varnished wood. Modern homes utilize their surroundings to mimic the exterior by including greenery and large rocks to add to their curb appeal.
