2017 Fall Parade of Homes

Fall is quickly approaching and you know what that means (no, we don’t mean pumpkin spice everything). If you guessed the Fargo-Moorhead Fall Parade of Homes, give yourself a pat on the back. The weather is starting to cool off, soon there will be leaves on the ground, and there will lots of homes available to tour. Grab your pumpkin spice latte and join us outside to tour our four Parade models, all located on the in the convenient neighborhood of Deer Creek. The Fall Parade of Homes begins the weekend of September 16th and provides two weekends filled with homes awaiting to be toured.

We will be featuring four homes on the Parade (staged by Eco Chic Boutique), PLUS three additional model homes that will be open for touring. We will be showcasing our new rambler floor plan – the 1706 rambler with a separate master suite, spa-like bathroom and large walk-in closet. Our parade and model homes are located in South Fargo in the neighborhood of Deer Creek, so tour all 7 of the homes at the same time! Come see us September 16th – 17th and September 23rd – 24th!

The 1706 is the newest addition to our rambler collection of house plans. This open floor plan allows for plenty of room for entertaining with the main living, dining and kitchen right there as you enter through the foyer. On the main level are two bedrooms and the master suite featuring a spa like master bathroom and walk-in closet. Also, on the main floor you will find a mud room, laundry and access to a triple stall garage.
