We are pleased to announce Jessica Metcalf as our new Director of Sales and Marketing. Jessica joins Thomsen with 3 years of experience in new construction home sales. Prior to new construction home sales, Jessica spent many years in customer service roles in different industries.

In a 30 week project that began in February 2014, Thomsen Homes has built the first house based on a series of public votes from the Thomsen Homes Facebook page. Every week, Thomsen Homes posted a new collection of design options on their Facebook page, listed for public voting. The option with the most ‘likes’ at the end of that week was incorporated into ‘The House’.  The House features Thomsen Homes’ passion of building quality homes in all price points with standard luxury features. The House That ‘Likes’ Built gives everyone an opportunity to see first-hand how affordable luxury can be, no matter the price range.

It is everything they have desired from start to finish and then some,’ says Jenna Skaff, Director of Office Operations at Thomsen Homes. The home is now for sale and located at 4252 Ponderosa Place S, Fargo.
