Modern

Sleek and modern this exterior option incorporates a front door with a stark, clean profile giving it a contemporary feel. Featuring bold garage doors, both containing clean straight lines, these two elements are major statement pieces on our Modern exterior. Highlighting trimmed out doors and windows, our modern styled homes give the feeling of being crisp, spare, and sharp. Finishes include stucco, board and batten, and metal/wood accents.
Craftsman

For more of a rustic look our Craftsman style homes feature a gable roof line, overhanging eaves, and finishes that blend with the surroundings. These finishes incorporate elements such as shake, timber trusses, and stone based or wood columns giving it a natural and hand-crafted feel.
Colonial

The timeless style of the Colonial exterior option features decorative crown over the front door including a covered front entry supported by columns, our Colonial style homes give the feeling of a “warm greeting”. This style is featuring multi-paned, double hung windows, corbels, window boxes, and other small characteristics leading into the colonial style.
Traditional
